The first meeting of the 2023-2024 Season was held on Sunday, September 10, 2023. We started with our Mini Show where members bring blooms from their gardens to be judged by their fellow members. It’s always a lot of fun and we enjoy a cheerful rivalry among the top growers! The Member of the Year Award was presented to Cathy Dunn, our Vice President. Our speaker was Sandy Salzman, a Lee County Master Gardener who provided a very interesting and informative talk on butterflies.
